By far the best way to contact us is through email. We do NOT have a call center. There are just two of us here answering the phone and responding to emails.

We typically remember conversations and people’s names. Email helps us remember conversations and I find it easier to transmit any order # information via email.

If you call, we’ll pick up if I can, but we’re frequently in meetings with fishermen or colleagues or on the phone with other customers. Leave a message. We’ll get back to you ASAP.  We are a tiny nimble office and personal service is what we hang our hats on. You aren’t a nine-digit customer number to us; we might need to know your order number when you call but frequently we’ll be able to know what we’re talking about just by your name. If you would prefer to call over email, our phone number is 844-833-0120.  We are typically available by phone Monday through Friday 8am-4pm PST.

Keep in mind. Once again, we do not have a “call center.” We are a relatively small fishermen’s co-op. We’re not able to take calls 24/7, but we will do the best we can to give you the personal service that you deserve. Quality and customer service is what we hang our hats on, so don’t fret if you end up leaving a voicemail. We’ll get to you as soon as possible! We respond to all email requests and voicemail messages as quickly as we can. We’re small but responsive.

Who We Are: There are just two of us answering calls and responding to emails. Please be patient. We’re a tiny company–the food industry is a tough business and it becomes even more difficult when working with wild food, but know that we are dedicated to providing you with Alaska Gold service.

Kendall is the author of a book on the healing power of dogs. Though he’s only spent a small amount of time on fishing boats in Southeast Alaska, the reason he shows up to work every day is to help illustrate the beautiful lifestyle our fishermen lead–the beautiful place and the exquisite fish are all made better because our fishermen fight to preserve a lifestyle and the place where they work. When not eating or thinking about fishing or kayaking up in Alaska, he’s playing his mandolin.
