Albacore tuna is caught all over the world. But it is widely regarded among sushi chefs that the line-caught albacore tuna caught off our Pacific Northwest Coast is the best tasting and most nutritious because off the coasts of Oregon and Washington is where these fish are in their most active phase of feeding, filling up with fats before the winter and a long migration across the Pacific Ocean.

Our albacore tuna is line-caught by a co-op of quality-oriented fishermen who blast freeze the tuna once aboard, producing sushi-grade tuna.
It’s also caught using very sustainable methods.
