Alaska Gold™ wild-caught coho salmon are caught and processed by a cooperative of producers, like Lance Preston, using traditional hook and line methods. These Alaska Gold™ Coho salmon portions are skin-on and boneless and between 5 and 7 ounces each. Each are individually sealed for maximum convenience.
