I took delivery of 10 lb. of your rockfish yesterday, made a filet for
supper tonight. I can’t believe that such an inexpensive product is so
delicious! All I did was bake it to flaking (140F) with a
lemon/butter/garlic sauce, sprinkled it with fresh grated paremesan and
a little chopped parsley for color and it was fantastic! If I didn’t
already have around 30+ lb. of your various fishes in my freezer I’d get
another box.

Received this fabulous Rockfish as a gift from my awesome neighbor who wanted to share! Lucky me…now I am hooked and can’t get enough. It is the BEST! Simple almondine prep with asparagus and lemon……YUMMEE! Wonderful, delicious and beautiful fish!
