Rockfish are also very popular in Asian markets. In addition to baking or sautéing, we recommend steaming these rockfish in an Asian style with sesame-soy stir-fried greens. Rockfish have an open cell structure and take marinades well.
These are random-sized vacuum-sealed fillets and each fillet could be between 6 and 16 ounces in size. Each vacuum-sealed fillet is boneless and skinless. Each box is 10 pounds of these random-sized fillets.
